An article from the Seattle Times on the growing trend of celebrities giving their children so-called "creative" names. My favorite: Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily.

Odd that they don't mention that Mr. Hutchence's Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily and Mr. Geldof's Fifi Trixabelle have the same mother, Paula Yates. Plus, she and Geldof have another weirdly named daughter in "Peaches Honeyblossom".

They mention that politicians and athletes seem to choose fairly traditional names. I was disappointed not to see a mention of world-class asshole Roger Clemens, who named his children Koby, Kory, Kasy, and Kody. (K is the baseball scoring shorthand for "strikeout".)

I loved Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily's name so much I named my own daughter TigerLily Marisol in 2000. God Bless Michael and Paula may they R.I.P. together in Heaven
